splendid green meadows and the river and hills which, in some points, seem to almost merge.

hills of the River Po are a mix of waterside areas of high environmental quality and higher land full of historic elements. Natural reserves such as that of the
Bosco del Vaj (Vaj Woods) and the
Parco Fluviale del Po (the Po Riverside Park) blend with the
castles,
abbeys, and the
archaeological excavations of the
Roman city of Industry.
