AperiTour is a guided tour of the places of the traditional aperitif in Turin, including ingenious inventions such as vermouth and the squares for gourmets who lived in every age.

In the two and a half hours of the walking tour, you can taste three different versions of aperitifs, in three different places, learning about our wonderful city through its gastronomic excellence.

From the heart of the Roman quadrilateral to the banks of the longest river in Italy, an itinerary that will take you to discover the festive side of Turin.

From the bitter drink of the Romans to vermouth, passing through the wine-growing vocation of a region where meeting is synonymous with good food and renowned drinks, this walk will allow you to appreciate the tradition of the Turin aperitif, with three tastings including a drink and tastings of typical foods, in three different locations selected for the quality of their gastronomic offer.

Between one stage and the next you will know the stories of the protagonists of the Piedmontese food and wine tradition, seasoned with anecdotes related to the great characters of important pages in the history of Turin and Italy, admirers of good food.
