The story of Gnavi winery is inextricably bound to Caluso and its morainic hills, where the heart and soul of Erbaluce grape and vine are to be found: a tale of local expertise and traditions that have been handed down from father to child. Nowadays, Carlo has remained the only heir and keeper of his father’s expertise: he harvests the grapes and vinifies them by his own hands, giving birth to every single Erbaluce variety Gnavi winery produces.
