On the first floor of the starred restaurant Del Cambio, Bar Cavour is an evocative cocktail bar with international cuisine, that reminds overseas atmospheres, an intriguing place to taste international cocktails and enjoy bistro-style dishes until late at night. Its spaces, characterized by works by Pablo Bronstein and Arturo Herrera, are intimate and wrapping, regularly enlivened by theme events, concerts and DJ sets.

Yari Sità leaves Italy at the age of 19 for Spain, passing by Florida by its Chinese and Japanese restaurants, until he comes back to Turin, which welcomes him at the Esperia rowers' restaurant and later by Affini's. one of the best cocktail bars in Turin.
His path is also enriched by a fascinating educational interlude in Bangkok, where he masters the Asian cuisine, discovered and loved since his stay in Florida.
He signs his typically Spanish tapas with a very personal Asian imprint and unique traces of his culinary experiences in Florida and South America.
