Founded in 1960 by 10 farmers resident on the territory, the cellar has evolved and become the most qualified place to produce and to sell the Carema wine. Throughout its product of excellence, it aims to protect and to enhance the peculiarity and the unicity of the place, dominated by the characteristics terraces on which grow Nebbiolo grapevines cultivated a pergola, sustained by the characteristics « pilun » in stone and mortar.
