The company, based in an historic mansion of 1250, boasts a niche production : wines from red grapes Valsusa DOC and the famous Ice One, obtains by the method of ice-wines. In the family, who takes care to cultivate grapes since 1300, the « savoir-faire » has been transmitted from one generations to the next. Nowadays the grapes Avanà and Becuet, autochthonous mountainous grapes coming from the tradition, are cultivated according to those traditions by Franck Thollet, in collaboration with his father-in-law Pierino Ronsil.
