The chef
The chef imprints the cuisine mainly exploiting seasonal organic products from the connected farm, creating imaginative dishes and revisiting Canavese cuisine. Our basic menu includes an aperitif with erbiki (cocktail made from our organic fruit juices and wine), 4 appetizers, first course, main course with side dish, choice of desserts. Theme evenings with food and wine pairing, supervised by expert sommeliers. Great attention to food intolerances and vegetarian and vegan menus on request.
