From the Madames Royales to Gianduja, from the first handcrafted chocolate up to the water mill and Prochet’s innovative ideas. A delicious journey to the discovery of the first wrapped chocolate ever: His Majesty the Giandujotto! The storytelling is combined with the tasting of cocoa, hazelnuts, aristocratic beverages and giandujotti. The tasting will allow you to understand which ingredients you prefer and want to use to create the secret recipe that suits your tastes. A workstation set up with the tools of the maître chocolatier, different grains, sac à poche, termometers, moulds. At the end of the activity you will take home your own Giandujotti!
