CATY TORTA. UN'ARTISTA LIBERA

CULTURE & TRADITION
-
A monographic exhibition dedicated to Caty Torta, the artist, the woman, capable of interpreting “ordinary” roles with a free and innovative spirit for her time.

A selection of 16 works, archives and sketches belonging to the private collection of her son will be exhibited together with some of the sports cars that accompanied her during “races” and in life. An exhibition itinerary articulated between the key experiences of Caty’s research: the Mille Miglia, Casorati, the Torino Avant-garde and Paris, through the evolution of her pictorial sign, from training to artistic maturity. Nonconformist and modern, Caty Torta is still today a model of emancipation and determination capable of transmitting her unconditional love for Freedom.
