An overview of the classically produced Canavese wines "Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG spumante", from the "pas dosè" to 120 months on yeasts: each dinner course (3 starters, first courses, main and dessert) will be accompanied by a specific sparkling wine. During the course of the evening, there will be a discussion about the different types of yeast used in producing the sparkling effect in this vine variety.
