ERBALUCE: TRADIZIONE E INNOVAZIONE

An overview of the Canavese wines "Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG", with a tasting of cold macerations, macerations, fermented in wood and "passito" wines: each dinner course (3 starters, first course, main and dessert) will be accompanied by a specific wine. During the course of the evening, there will be a discussion about the consequences of cold maceration and maceration of this vine variety.
