The Accorsi-Ometto Museum in Torino is open on social media!
The program includes a series of columns whose purpose is, throughout the week, to give an account of the multiple aspects of the museum’s collections:
every Tuesday #tesoridarchivio: the Foundation’s Historical Photographic Archives is an inexhaustible source of information on the world of 20th century collecting, which will be the subject of brief insights aimed at telling about the professional and social relationships of the antique dealer Pietro Accorsi, friend of kings and of famous industrialists
every Thursday #cronachedall800: the current exhibition, “Chronicles From the 1800s. Modern Life in the Works of Carlo Bossoli and in the Photographs of His Time” continues to be told via images and videos
every Saturday #dentrolopera: details and curiosities of the most significant works of the permanent collection
every Sunday #almuseolostesso: a column designed for children who can discover the most unusual objects in the Museum and in the current exhibition through stories, games and tales.
During these days when the museum is closed, the Foundation also wants to learn about the stories of visitors: under the hashtag #noicisiamo you can publish your own photo with a sheet with the words #noicisiamo and talk about your experience in the museum.
The most interesting testimonies will be collected and shared in the stories.
