VITICOLTURA EROICA: CAREMA

An overview of the Canavese wines "Carema DOC", with a tasting of all the indigenous "picotendro nebbiolo" wines, on their own, or together with other vine varieties: each dinner course (3 starters, 2 first courses, main and cheese) will be accompanied by a specific Carema wine. During the course of the evening, there will be an examination of the modus operandi which makes one of the oldest names in Italia so unique.
