CAMERA. CENTRO ITALIANO PER LA FOTOGRAFIA

Exhibition hall
The Camera project is rooted in the desire to provide Italy with a specialised centre dedicated to photography, with the aim of valorising and promoting Italian photography in a permanent and creative dialogue with international experiences.
With a display area of around 1,000 m2, Camera stages three main exhibitions per year and a series of supporting events, alternating Italian and international artists, in addition to offering educational activities, with a programme including workshops, seminars, master courses which involve professional photographers and organising teaching programmes for families and schools.
Camera hosts a programme of public meetings with the protagonists of the world of photography and culture in order to spark a healthy debate and to promote discussion and cultural experimentation.

SAFETY RULES:
New online booking methods:
in compliance with the provisions in force, CAMERA has arranged visiting methods that make it possible to avoid gatherings of people and to maintain a safe distance. A reservation, which allows priority access, is optional and not mandatory.
The email address prenotazioni@camera.to is active where you can indicate name and surname, number of participants (maximum 4), day of visit and desired time slot (e.g. 11-12, 12-13, etc.). It is necessary to write within the day before the visit and you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
The receipt of the confirmation, depending on the availability of places, is necessary to obtain priority access.
Telephone reservations will not be accepted.
It is also possible to book thanks to the UFIRST virtual row management app (https://ufirst.business/utenti/scarica-app/) downloadable from the App Store and Google Play.

The new audio visits: By means of a simple QRcode, everyone can choose to listen to the introduction by the director and the audio content for each room. This service will be free.

Safety measures: the exhibitions can be visited via clearly marked one-way entry/exit routes.
In the space, information panels will give indications for maintaining the safety distance and the appropriate precautions. Inside the exhibition center the use of a mask will be mandatory and, if foreseen by the competent authorities, each visitor will be checked for body temperature at the entrance of the Foundation.
Disposable gloves for browsing the volumes on display will be distributed at the bookshop while disinfectant gel will be available at various points throughout the exhibition space.
Lastly, regular sanitization procedures throughout the day and periodic sanification will be guaranteed.
