And starting with the settings within the Mole, the Swiss production designer François Confino has applied ingenuity and imagination, multiplying the itineraries to create a spectacular presentation, which invests the visitor with continuous and unexpected visual and auditory stimuli: those who enter are not just visitors but also explorers, authors, actors, spectators... to whom the Museum will provide the thrill of an unforgettable experience
The Panoramic lift is located inside the Mole Antonelliana.
Some areas of the Museum will be only partially accessible (e.g. touch screens, optical and tactile supports). For this reason, all visitors will be granted a reduced-fare admission ticket.
SAFETY RULES:
To comply with the anti-contagion rules, visitors’ access to the elevator will be regulated: for each ride, 5 people at a time will be allowed to get in so that inside the elevator they are not standing face-to-face. There will be yellow stickers on the floor to show people how to position themselves. As in all closed places, a mask must be worn, hands must be sanitized, and, in addition social distancing is in effect while waiting in line for the elevator. Customers will also be required to fill in a self-certification form. Downloadable here
Walking up the Dome: We inform the public that, in compliance with the health provisions relating to social distancing, walking up the dome is possible for groups of up to a maximum of 5 people subject to booking online
SAFETY RULES:
On the occasion of its reopening, the Museum, in line with the provisions issued by the Authorities, has established a series of measures to protect the health of visitors and to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
In particular:
- some areas of the Museum (touch screen, optical and tactile media) will be only partially available for use
- to avoid having to wait in line it is recommended to pre-purchase your ticket online
- Pre-purchase is also recommended for the Abbonamento Musei and the Torino+Piemonte Card, whose holders will therefore be required to pre-purchase the free pass (with presale rights) at the Ticketlandia portal: www.ticketlandia.com/m/museo-cinema
- so as not to create crowds, the time chosen for entry must be strictly respected. In case of non-compliance with the purchase time, you will have to wait for the first available entry;
- at the entrance to the Museum, visitors will be subjected to the measurement of body temperature using a thermal imaging camera. In the event of a temperature above 37.5°C, access will be denied;
- inside the Museum, it will be mandatory to wear a mask and to sanitize your hands using the sanitizing gel dispensers specially installed along the route
The cleaning staff, easily identifiable and always present, will continuously sanitize all the areas of contact. The direction of the path for the museum visit will be one-way, thus ensuring a safe route, which also makes use of part of the evacuation routes which, from the top of the helical ramp, cross the left ear and lead to the side exit of the Mole Antonelliana.
