The first edition of BUONISSIMA, the event that combines gastronomy, culture and creativity, will be held in Turin from 27 to 31 October 2021.

Great international cuisine meets the best of Piedmontese cuisine to discover and narrate, together with the extraordinary gastronomic culture of a region, the history, art, creativity and beauty of the capital city that was able to build a nation. Five days of events dedicated to the passion for great cuisine in the company of an exceptional ’constellation’ of national and international chefs, excellent products, music and entertainment that will intertwine in some of the most evocative places in Turin: the Mole Antonelliana, the National Cinema Museum, the National Automobile Museum, the Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Madama, the Reggia di Venaria, the Centrale Lavazza, Factory 1895, Combo, and so much more.

Albert Adrià, Ferran Adrià, Ana Roš, Mauro Uliassi, Massimo Bottura, Jessica Rosval and Norbert Niederkofler meet Piedmontese chefs and flavours, truffles and Barolo in the lead, in the city’s most creative places.
