(Denominazione Comunale d'Origine) for micca, stirotto, mezzana and biova. An important moment to rediscover the traditions and culture of bread and bakery products is every year in September: 'Giaveno Città del Buon Pane' ('Giaveno City of Good Bread') with the presence of artisan bakeries and collateral exhibitions with the theme of white art.
