Exhibition hall
On Tuesday 17 May in Torino, in Piazza San Carlo at Palazzo Turinetti, Intesa Sanpaolo’s legal and historical headquarters, the Bank will inaugurate its fourth museum, 10,000 metres of exhibition space on five floors, three of which are underground.

The "Gallerie d’Italia - Torino" will house the Publifoto Intesa Sanpaolo Archive - with around 7 million shots taken from the 1930s to the 1990s by one of Italy’s leading photojournalism agencies - and will display a selection of works from the Group’s collections.

Entrance to the new Gallerie d’Italia will be via a grand staircase that will also become a place for socialising and will lead visitors to the underground exhibition spaces. Going up to the ground floor, the public will also find an open-air cloister bordered by Piazza San Carlo, Via XX Settembre and Via Santa Teresa, where a new bookshop, café and restaurant will open.

The spaces will also be inaugurated by two exhibitions not to be missed: "La fragile meraviglia. Un viaggio nella natura che cambia" by Paolo Pellegrin and the exhibition "Dalla guerra alla luna 1945-1969. Sguardi dall’Archivio Publifoto Intesa Sanpaolo".
