LAGHI DI AVIGLIANA

With its 400 hectares, the Avigliana Lakes Nature Park is characterised by a varied ecosystem: the hilly reliefs, the marshy area of the Mareschi, the two lakes.
Three different, yet interconnected habitats that give this environment a unique and precious nature. Lake Grande, which is swimmable, with its sailing centre and nautical clubs, is the cleanest lake in Piedmont and one of the cleanest in Italy. An ideal setting to try water sports such as water skiing, canoeing and kayaking, and sailing. Pedaloes and boat tours can be hired.
The lakefront is home to charming floating walkways for relaxing strolls, while for the more daring there is an underwater ferrata for diving to explore its depths.
Lago Piccolo has a barbecue area and a restaurant, and walks around the entire lake are possible.
