LE BIANCHE STATUINE. I BISCUIT DEL PALAZZO REALE

CULTURE & TRADITION
-
An unforgettable opportunity to admire the porcelain that was the pride of the most prestigious reigning houses during the eighteenth century. Biscuit porcelain is white, hard, opaque and marble-like: its rough surface limits its use mainly to decorative objects, busts, statuettes and ornaments. The works exhibited refer to French manufacture, including the royal one of Sèvres, that of Jean-Népomucene-Herman Nast, that of Giacomo Boselli, owner of the Savona kiln.
