Azienda Made in Torino Tour The Excellent
Vinegar steeped in history!
Varvello L’Aceto Reale is now 100 years old: it was founded in Turin in 1921 and over time found its ideal location just outside the city, in La Loggia, in the heart of Piedmont, a land of great wines.
Here the winemaking tradition is an ancient art and the ability to select the wine is fundamental to obtaining the best vinegar.
Varvello vinegars mature for many months in wood, in barrels of Slavonian oak and American larch, among the largest in the world.
Varvello is now in its fourth generation, and continues to make quality and service its success factors. "We only use wholesome table wines," the Varvellos proudly emphasise, a record dedicated to taste and quality.
In addition to classic wine vinegar, production has expanded to include apple, rice, tomato and pomegranate vinegars, as well as condiments and sauces based on Aceto Balsamico (Balsamic Vinegar) of Modena PGI. An exciting visit between "flavour" and "knowledge". Spice up your life with a "royal" taste!
