Open Air Turin

There are many ways to experience outdoor Turin!

It is the greenest Italian city: resting at the foot of the hills, embraced by the course of the river Po and its tributaries, the city has 320 km of tree-lined avenues and countless urban and suburban parks where you can walk, run, cycle, paddle, and rest.

Under the long arcades and in the elegant streets of the centre, in the alleys of the oldest neighbourhoods, in the large and elegant squares of Turin you can breathe history and culture from Roman times to the present day.

Sitting in the large outdoor areas of the famous restaurants and historical cafés it is possible to taste typical food and wine and local specialties, a Merenda Reale, drink a quality coffee (there are many in Turin...) or a bicerin, enjoy the best homemade ice cream, the infinite variety of chocolate and pastries.

Also, there are plenty of open-air museums to discover by following itineraries that lead, among other things, to neighbourhoods dedicated to street art, or to multi-ethnic ones with their perfumes, to the new and modern Turin in continuous evolution, to suggestive views. Without forgetting shopping...

It's pleasant to walk staring up into the sky, while admiring the city: yes, outdoor Turin is a real surprise!
