All the Cards are:
• nominative, personal and non-transferable.
• valid for an adult and one child under 12. The Torino+Piemonte Card Junior is aimed at people younger than 18
The back of the Card states the validity -in days- and has to be filled with the holder's name; it must be shown on demand, be prepared to have it checked by showing a valid ID.
As of today, there is no queue skipping privilege for the Cards; it is therefore necessary to go to the ticket office to collect the free admittance ticket.
The Cards must be shown to obtain the ticket; they are equipped with a microchip, therefore they are automatically activated with the first swipe at the participating museums
At the Royal Museums and at the Venaria Reale, they have the access to their priority counter at the ticket office.
Besides, to visit GAM, Palazzo Madama and MAO it is possible to book the timeslot on the websites of these museums or on Ticketone, just paying the booking fee, and then go to the reserved counter!
Notes: Should an attraction close for any special reason (strikes, holidays, etc.) or offer free admission in exceptional circumstances, the validity and duration of the Card will not be prolonged and it will not be reimbursed in any way. Moreover, the Card is not refundable in case of theft, loss or nonuse of the reductions provided by the Torino+Piemonte Card.
