The chef
The Antica Bruschetteria was founded by a sailor who became a cook, giving new life to traditional Piedmontese dishes. From the end of the 19th century until today, the restaurant has never closed its doors. For a long time it belonged to the Pinin family, whose photos still hang on the walls of the restaurant.
Today, a young team of three chefs, two assistants and six waiters continue the tradition, while paying the necessary attention to the evolution of the world, for a restaurant that can welcome over 200 people.
