Starting from the teachings of her mother, Mariangela with enthusiasm and passion aquired experiences, immersing herself in new realities through internships in Italy and trips abroad, to understand the evolution of the great chefs.
She intensely and professionally expresses the local cookery, characterized by a polished and original creative imagination which focuses on current emotion and surprise, traditional real taste in the refined technical evolution.
