Diego is the chef of Piccolo Lord restaurant. His cuisine of the Piedmont and Italian tradition is very creative. His experience has been formed in some restaurants of Turin (Villa Somis) and of London, at the Carluccio's restaurant. The menu is seasonal, with dishes of meat or fish. Bread, pasta and desserts are handmade by the chef. The wine list offers 300 bottles of the best Italian manufacturers. Good selection of Italian sparkling wines and champagne.
