Historical restaurant of Piedmontese cuisine celebrating its centennial in 2016. Elegant but informal setting where you can enjoy traditional dishes in a revisited key. Among the historic dishes to taste: agnolotti with roast sauce, finanziera, zabaglione alla lampada and soft macaroons. Wide selection of wines (about 500 labels on the list) and wine tasting options in the cellar. Catering services are also performed at outside locations. The facility is also a hotel.
