Open Air Museum
PISCINA ARTE APERTA is the open-air, freely accessible museum of contemporary art of the municipality of Piscina. Its collection of works of art en plein air, created in 1991, includes seventy works by Piemontese artists who differ in terms of training, style, technical and expressive means. From 2021, the year of its 30th anniversary, the Municipality of Piscina has started, in collaboration with the General Directorate for Education and Research, the Central Institute for Restoration and the Superintendency of Turin, an ambitious pilot project for the restoration and conservation of this important heritage of public art.
