FRANCO BALMAMION E L'EPICA DEL GIRO: IL RACCONTO DEL VINCITORE DELLA CORSA ROSA NEL 1962 E 1963

Franco Balmamion (Nole, 11 January 1940) was a protagonist of Italian cycling in the 1960s. He won the Giro d’Italia for two consecutive years, in 1962 and 1963. Interestingly, he never won a stage.

In 2023 he was inducted into the prestigious Giro d’Italia Hall of Fame.
