The Ricchi e Poveri took part in the 74th Sanremo Festival with the song ’Ma non tutta la vita’ (But not all of life), a declaration of intent, a translation in a pop key of the philosophy of the moment of trains to be caught, of opportunities not to be wasted. The song is a hymn to living life to the full. The self-quotation in the opening track Che confusione projects a catchphrase from the past into the Gen Z era and immediately becomes a filler with an electro-dance beat.
