UN DELITTO AVRÀ LUOGO

On that Friday, 29 October 1950, the news had spread quickly in the village of Chipping Cleghorn: at 6.30 p.m. at "Little Paddocks", Mrs Blacklock’s cottage, a murder was to take place. So, in Letizia Blacklock’s living room there is a crowd of friends, who have come with the most unlikely excuses. Everything seems normal, until, at 6.30 p.m., the power goes off and someone throws open the door and shouts "hands up!", twirls the beam of a torch, then fires three gunshots and falls to the floor, dead. But what really happened? The police are ready to dismiss the case. Miss Marple, however, does not lose heart.
