We produce different tipes of craft bread: sourdough bread, with ancient grains, with chestnuts, chickpeas, figs, raisin and walnuts. Also we produce hand made breadsticks with olive oil, butter, olives, walnuts, sesame and without added fat.
We produce tipical Canavese desserts: torcetti, eporediesi, paste di Meliga, polenta d'Ivrea end the ufficial Carneval of Ivrea dessert called El Portugal.
