‘L GARBIN

It was called « Garbin » the basket in witch were picked and transported the grapes. The work in the vineyard is mainly done by hand; some of them are accessible only by foot, along steep mules tracks. An old cableway brings the picking to the valley. ‘L Garbin produces wine only with grapes Avanà, Becuet and Baratuciat, wines from typical grapes blend of the Valsusa DOC tradition, some organic honey of mountainous wildflowers and some saffron. The company cultivates also olive trees, historically present on those heroic lands.
